About Us
Hyundai Glovis is a global logistics company within the Hyundai Kia Automotive Group, providing end-to-end logistics services across ocean, air, and inland transport. Hyundai Glovis Australia has been operating for over 20 years and continues to grow as a reliable logistics and forwarding provider in the region.
We are currently seeking a Logistics / Freight Forwarding Coordinator to join our team on an 8–12 month contract basis.
Key Responsiblities
• Manage day-to-day freight forwarding operations
• Prepare and process shipping documentation and invoicing
• Coordinate import ocean and air freight shipments
• Monitor shipment status and provide updates to relevant stakeholders
• Arrange and coordinate inland transportation with transport providers
• Maintain accurate shipment records and operational documentation
• Liaise with customers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations
Qualifications
• Experience in freight forwarding, logistics operations, or shipping documentation preferred
• Basic understanding of import ocean and air freight operations
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple shipments and tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office (experience with forwarding systems such as CargoWise is an advantage)
• Working rights in Australia
